We also collect information about dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure we can provide meals that meet our customers' needs.

Communications & Automated Notifications

As part of our service, Mindfull Plate sends clients important updates related to scheduling, menu selection, and general service logistics. From time to time, Mindfull Plate may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Mindfull Plate or click on a link therein.These updates may be sent via automated email or text message (SMS). By continuing to use our services, you consent to receive these communications. These messages are intended to provide timely reminders and improve the overall client experience. Examples include—but are not limited to—weekly menu announcements, selection deadlines, scheduling confirmations, or policy updates. 

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS-related information with third parties except in the following cases: when required by law or legal process,, with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS services, provided they adhere to confidentiality agreements, in case of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition, where your information may be transferred as part of the assets.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over mobile networks can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

 

You may opt out of receiving non-essential automated messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a text or by contacting us directly at hello@mindfullplate.com. Please note that opting out of essential service communications may affect your ability to fully utilize our offerings.
