Reheating Instructions
Please follow the below general guidelines for reheating your meals. Please keep in mind the instructions are subject to inaccuracies due to inconsistent oven temperatures and different types of kitchen equipment.

Soups

Soups like gazpacho are best eaten cold

Stove Top: Reheat over medium-low heat, stirring every 30 seconds until heated to your desired temperature (4-8 minutes)

Microwave: Partially cover the dish and heat on medium power level, stirring every 30 seconds until warm.
Salads

Allow dressings and vinaigrettes to come to room temperature so they can loosen.

Transfer salad to a large serving bowl and add dressing to taste, then toss salad and serve. If salad comes fully dressed, transfer to serving bowl, re-toss and serve.

Grains/Starch

Grain-based salads are best if eaten at room temperature, but are also wonderful hot or cold.

Please note: any cheese will melt when reheating.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and reheat for 10-15 minutes or until warm.

Stove Top: For grains like rice, quinoa, and farro, add to a pan with a splash of liquid (water or broth, about 2 Tbsp). Cover tightly and heat over meidum-low heat until warm, 5-10 minutes.

Microwave: Partially cover the dish and heat on medium power level, stirring every 30 seconds until warm.

Pastas

Pasta dishes are prepared al dente and soften in their sauces over time

Pasta salads are best at room temperature or cold

Please note: any cheese will melt when reheating.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and reheat for 10-15 minutes or until warm.

Stove Top: Heat in pan over medium-low heat, adding water as needed so the sauce doesn’t reduce. Cook until warmed through.

Microwave: Partially cover the dish and heat on medium power level, stirring every 30 seconds until warm.

Vegetables

Meat/Poultry/Seafood

Beef dishes are prepared medium-rare to prevent over cooking when reheating.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and reheat for 10-15 minutes or until warm depending on desired temperature and doneness.

Stove Top: Heat in pan over medium-low heat, and reheat food for roughly five minutes or until warm.

Microwave: Partially cover and heat in microwave safe dish on medium power level until heated through.
Extra Sauces:

Stove Top: Reheat sauce over medium-low heat, stirring every 30 seconds until heated to your desired temperature. Baste, dip, or pour over meat/poultry/fish/pasta.

Microwave: Partially cover sauce and heat on medium power level, stirring every 30 seconds until heated to your desired temperature. Baste, dip, or pour over meat/poultry/fish/pasta.
